How we get information to you
We will use “band” to update everyone on meetings, events and help required. And also will use the
noticeboard in the studio when required. So be sure to pop in regularly and keep up to date.
Minutes will be posted on the studio noticeboard following each meeting, so you can be sure to be
kept up to date.
How can you get Involved?
There are lots of ways you can get involved and help support your kid through the PTA . Offering to
help for events is so valuable. It is a case of “Many hands make light work” It doesn’t matter if you
cant help on a regular basis, or even if you can’t come in to the studio. There are always little jobs
needing done e.g Baking, raffle donations, poster design/printing or even shopping. We really
couldn’t achieve what we do without the “army “ of help that exists in the school.
You can of course volunteer to be a committee member, attend the AGM and give your fundraising
ideas and/or voice your opinion. You can help by letting us know if you have any contacts or skills we
could use – anything is valuable to us.
Every parent/carer is welcome to attend the meetings and a warm welcome always awaits.
