THE MOB MUSEUM IMPROVEMENTS

The Mob Museum Improvements project, built for The Mob Museum, included the
renovation of a three-story, 37,000 square foot museum located in Las Vegas, NV. The facility
houses a basement, exhibit, and retail spaces. The museum was constructed of a slab-on-
grade foundation, steel structural frame, restoration of the exterior’s historic stone and tile,
and a TPO roof. The project also featured the conversion of the basement into a speakeasy
with a kitchen and distillery, restored exhibit and retail space, the addition of concrete
ramps, and the installation of a grease interceptor with a lift station in the kitchen. Due to
CORE’s effective coordination with museum offices during renovations, The Mob Museum
Improvements project was completed while the museum remained fully operational without
disruption to staff and patrons.
