THE HILL SHOPPING CENTER

The Hill Shopping Center project, built for CPREF Walnut Hill, LLC., included the renovation of a
30,320 square foot commercial retail and transit center located in Dallas, TX. The facility supports
three retail shell buildings with restaurant space and a mezzanine supported treehouse building.
The retail and transit center was constructed on a foundation of drilled pier and a tilt-up wall
panel structural frame. An exterior of tilt walls with brick masonry, a standing seam roof, aluminum
storefront framed windows, and additional lighting completed the construction. The project also
featured landscaping with irrigation, parking lots, and walking areas with a central courtyard. Due
to CORE’s construction efforts, the Hill Shopping Center project now offers an urban oasis in a
pedestrian accessible shopping area.
