CORE Construction
SOUTHEND ON WATER STREET
The Southend on Water Street project, built for Blue Skye Development, LLC.,
included the new construction of a two-story, 6,502 square foot multi-use
commercial building located in Henderson, NV. The facility houses offices, retail
spaces, and residential apartments. The multi-use commercial building was
constructed of a concrete foundation, wood structural frame, an exterior of stucco
and metal wall panels, and a TPO roof. The project work also included Sageglass
glazing units and aluminum storefront framed windows, masonry retaining walls,
and landscaping. The modern and flexible Southend on Water Street building is
now part of the revitalized area of Henderson’s historic main street.
