TEXAS BANK + TRUST

The Texas Bank and Trust project, built for Texas Bank and Trust, included the
new construction of a two-story, 14,900 square foot office building located in
Frisco, TX. The facility functions as the headquarters for the bank. The building
was constructed of a slab-on-grade foundation with bell pier and grade beam
footings, a steel structural frame, an exterior of brick, limestone, and glazing, and
a modified bitumen roof. Interior finishes consisted of limestone flooring, custom
glass handrails and ceiling fixtures, and a wood ceiling. The project also features a
grand conference room that overlooks the main entry of the building, offices, and
elevators. The Texas Bank and Trust project now provides a hospitable building in
which to conduct financial business.
