OFFICE AT UPTOWN ONE

The Office at Uptown One project, built for Uptown Circle Development II, LLC., included the
new construction of a five-story, 60,000 square foot mixed-use building located in Normal,
IL. The project included the buildout of the 12,000 square foot second floor for the Town of
Normal’s Office of Planning and Inspections with open offices designated for each department,
seven private offices, plan rooms, meeting rooms, and a modernized conference room. The
building was constructed of a concrete foundation with a steel structural frame, an exterior of
masonry, EIFS, metal panel siding, and a membrane roof. Interior finishes consisted of patterned
carpet tile and polished concrete flooring. The office features a custom reception counter,
wood-accented wall, and staff locker rooms with private showers. The Office at Uptown One
project now provides modern office space in a convenient location on the Uptown Circle.
