KOHL’S DEPARTMENT STORE
The Kohl’s Department Store project, built for Vestar Development, included the new construction
of a 97,000 square foot retail store located in Phoenix, AZ. The facility functions as a national
department store. The retail store was constructed on a foundation of energy piles, an exterior
of masonry walls, steel structural frame, and a built-up roof. The store also features storefront
windows and automatic doors. As part of Desert Ridge Marketplace, Kohl’s Department Store now
provides a retail shopping destination to the community of North Phoenix.
