UPTOWN NORMAL G-BLOCK GARAGE

The Uptown Normal G-Block Parking Garrage project, built for the Town
of Normal, included the new construction of a six-story 294,000 square
foot parking structure located in Normal, Illinois. The facility supports a
parking deck and 660 parking spaces. The parking garage was constructed
utilizing a precast structural frame and brick exterior. The project also
features 13,150 square feet of shell space on the ground level for future
commercial development for restaurants and retail, basement parking,
offices, and a small number of apartments. Due to CORE’s construction
efforts, the Uptown Normal G-Block Parking Structure project now offers
additional parking and access for customers, employees, and travelers to
area apartments, entertainment, libraries, museums, municipal services,
shopping, and transportation as well as festivals and events.
