CORE Construction
BUCKEYE TOWN HALL COMPLEX
The City of Buckeye Town Hall Complex project, built for the City of Buckeye, included the new
construction of a three-story 44,000 square foot municipal office building located in Buckeye,
Arizona. The facility functions as general municipal office space for public services and houses
the City Council Chambers. The municipal office building was constructed with a cast-in-place
concrete foundation with a structural steel frame. A polymer-based exterior insulation and
finish system with metal panel siding and a thermoplastic membrane roof completed the
construction. Other finishes included wood veneer siding and glazed aluminum curtain walls.
The project also features open shell space for retail, ceramic tiled restrooms, and carpeted
offices as well as exterior flagpoles, two general use parking lots, and a 16-inch water line. Due
to CORE’s municipal building expertise, the City of Buckeye Town Hall Complex now provides
greater access to public services and the conduction of business for a rapidly growing city.
