BOULDER CITY HOSPTIAL

The Boulder City Hospital project included the addition, renovation, and new construction of a 24,000 square foot
medical campus located in Boulder City, NV. The facility supports a surgical center, emergency room, rehabilitation
and long term care departments, and houses over 60 patient beds. The new building additions were constructed
of a concrete masonry unit and steel structural frames, exterior insulation finishing system exteriors, and single
ply roofs. The project also features a 10-bed geriatric psychiatric care unit, a 10-bed acute rehabilitation unit, and
eight long term care beds. Due to CORE’s project management coordination with hospital officials and scheduling
around facility operations, the Boulder City Hospital project was finished on time and on budget with minimal
disruption to patient care.
