ILLINOIS CENTER FOR PAIN +
REHABILITATION FAMILY PRACTICE

The Illinois Center for Pain and Rehabilitation Family Practice project included
the new construction of a 12,000 square foot medical office building in
Pekin, IL. The facility supports family medical care for all ages as well as pain
management, arthritis treatment, and physical therapy. The health office
houses exam rooms, x-ray rooms, a physical therapy room, a wellness center,
lobby with waiting room, staff offices and a break room. The building was
constructed with concrete foundations and slab, structural steel frame, metal
stud walls with a brick and EIFS exterior, and a membrane roof. The project
was planned to allow for future expansions to the building to accommodate
future growth and additional services. The Illinois Center for Pain and
Rehabilitation Family Practice was completed on budget and now provides
exceptional services to the community.
