RESIDENCE INN AT ASHWAUBENON

The Residence Inn at Ashwaubenon project, built for GB Hotel, LLC, included the new
construction of a four-story, 78,425 square foot extended stay hotel located in Ashwaubenon,
WI. The facility contains 103 suites and functions as short term and extended lodging for
guests visiting Green Bay, Wisconsin. The extended stay hotel was constructed on a
foundation consisting of conventional spread footings and concrete stem walls and a wood
structural frame. An exterior of metal wall panels and brick veneer and a thermoplastic
polyolefin insulated roof completed the construction. The project also features a fitness room,
pool, meeting room, breakfast area, sports court, and fire pit in a common courtyard. The
Residence Inn at Ashwaubenon now offers lodging to visitors and residents of Brown County.
