HAMPTON INN + SUITES

The Hampton Inn and Suites project, built for Peterson Companies, included the
new construction of a four-story, 56,320 square foot hotel in Peoria, IL. The facility
houses 82 standard guest rooms, suites, ADA accessible rooms, a conference
room for 40 guests, and a business center. The hotel was constructed of cast-in-
place concrete foundation, split face block and exterior insulation finish system,
wood and steel structural frame, and a stucco exterior. The project also features
an indoor swimming pool, snack shop, and a fitness room. The Hampton Inn
and Suites project now offers hospital lodging in a convenient location to the
Caterpillar World Headquarters, Civic Center, and Renaissance Coliseum at
Bradley University.
