MARRIOTT HOTEL + CONFERENCE CENTER

The Marriott Hotel and Conference Center project, built for JQH - Normal
Development, included the new construction of a nine-story, 383,000 square
foot hotel and conference venue in Normal, IL. The facility offers AAA Four-
Diamond lodging and amenities for hotel guests, concierge services, and a
500-space parking deck for visiting patrons. The 230-room hotel and conference
venue was constructed utilizing a concrete structural frame with a brick venee
and exterior insulation finish system. The project also features an indoor pool,
on-site restaurant and cafe, fitness room, and business center. The Marriott
and Conference Center project now offers a state-of-the-art meeting venue for
patrons and upscale accommodations for guests with easy access to the Central
Illinois Regional Airport, Historic Normal Theater, and Illinois State University in the
Uptown Normal area.
