EMBASSY SUITES
The Embassy Suites Renovation project, currently being built for Claypool Court, LLC, includes the renovation of 8,000
square feet of hotel meeting rooms located at the located in Indianapolis, IN. The facility will support five meeting
rooms, restrooms, and a mechanical room. Renovations to the hotel meeting rooms consists of upgrading the interior
finishes of solid wood, veneer, and acoustical ceiling and wall tiles, installation of a condenser piping loop above the
ceilings, and the construction of a structural steel hydronic riser system to provide water to guest room heat pumps.
The project will also feature restroom partitions, floor drains, and a new heating ventilation and air conditioning
system. The Embassy Suites Renovations project is estimated to be complete in October 2018.
