DOUBLETREE HOTEL
The Doubletree Hotel project, built for Snyder Development, Inc., included the new
construction of five-story, 155,000 square foot hotel located in Bloomington, IL. The
facility houses 187 guest rooms and 12 whirlpool suites. The project features a 12-room
conference center, 800-person capacity ballroom, a business center, indoor swimming pool,
fully equipped exercise and weight room, and luxury penthouse suites. The Doubletree
Hotel now provides relaxing accommodations to business travelers near the Central Illinois
Regional Airport Bloomington-Normal and Amtrak train station.
