COUNTRY INN + SUITES
The Country Inn and Suites project, built for Peterson Companies, included the new
construction of a three-story, 42,100 square foot hotel located in Peoria, IL. The facility houses
75 suites for extended-stay and business guests, event spaces for up to 50 people, and a
24-hour business center. The hotel was constructed using residential architecture features
and a structural wood frame. The project also features an indoor recreational area and pool,
exercise room, and a dining room. The Country Inn and Suites now provides hospitable
lodging to guests within a short distance of the Shoppes at Grand Prairie, Peoria Civic Center,
and the Peoria International Airport.
