SPRINGHILL SUITES

The Springhill Suites Hotel project, built for CV Hotel, LLC, included the new construction of a
four-story, 61,820 square foot hotel located in Munster, IN. The facility serves as the anchor project
of the Centennial Village development and houses 99 guest rooms. The hotel was constructed
on a foundation of grade beams on piles and a wood structural frame. A masonry veneer, metal
panels, and exterior insulation and finish system exterior and a thermoplastic polyolefin roof
completed the construction. The project also features a pool, patio, sun deck, gym, and café as
well as meeting space with audio visual capability, walking paths, and clubhouse. The Springhill
Suites Hotel now provides lodging to business travelers visiting the Centennial Park area.
