     PLANNING
     I was given for planning of this project . There was a height restriction up to 17m
     according to the bye laws . Proposed floor is 4 numbers with basement . So, ground
     floor to be more height because it is going to be used commercially and remaining
     floor are for official purpose top floor is going to be used by executive person so
     considering all these space, I divide the building height as shown in figure:






     OPTION 1
     For option one I provide the access to the
     basement from inside the building . providing
     minimum ramp slope of 1:6 . below the
     vehicular access I aimed to provide parking
     for bike with minimum clear height of 2.5m.
     Due to the minimal space carparking and bike
     parking are done maintaining slightly level
     difference with gentle sloping towards bike
     parking.
