Mall drop off ,separation of pedestrian and basement entry. Three floor are
dedicated to the commercial area, so this area are isolated . Separate entry for
office from basement by providing separate and direct access to the office and
recreational area water feature or water wall was planned to add in the office drop
off to provide an welcoming gesture and light well up to that portion. Mini mart and
different retail shops at first floor.

Double basement with mezzanine basement for bike parking with entry and exit
from same place .
Separate entry and exit for car .provided service access in the basement. Service
lift and staircase is also provided which will serve the overall complex . Collection
