As access to the basement is given from inside the
                                              building so space above it needed to utilize so
                                              maintaining clearance of 2.9 meter I designed in split
                                              levels.
                                              Segregating the office space and commercial. Lift and
                                              staircase access to the office block from basement.




















    OPTION2:
    Number of carparking in basement is very low in option 1 so to increase the parking
    capacity I proposed an option as giving basement entry from outside the boundary as
    that land belongs to the owner himself. Doing so number of bike parking increased
    from 32 to 34 and cars from 3 to 5 nos. and gentle sloping in parking was not
    necessary. Lift and staircase lobby remaining same . The grid layout was done by
    maintaining maximum span of 8m with column size of 600*600.
