warranty benefits. I/We understand that non-adherence and/ or violation of the said warranty Terms &
Conditions will result in rejection of the warranty claims.

I/We confirm to have attended the training session on salient features of BSVI chassis, Do’s and Don’ts of
driving, Vehicle maintenance instructions and Free Service Schedules, as conducted at the dealership. –
