                       TATA FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES, TELEMATICS SOLUTION


               Tata Telematics offers an end to end connected vehicles program for you to get view of your fleet in terms
               of Track & Trace and Monitor & Improve Vehicle Performance & Utilization.

               Activation of Telematics services is a three-step process: (1) KYC Verification & SIM Activation, (2) AIS 140
               Activation (if applicable for vehicle), (3) Telematics Portal/ App On-boarding.


                  1. Sim Activation

               a.  This process starts at the time of delivery of vehicle.
               b.  Dealer sales representative will help you to initiate KYC verification and SIM activation.
               c.  You will have to share your KYC documents (Proof of Identity, Proof of Address) along with other
                    details with Dealer to initiate KYC Verification and SIM activation.
               d.  You will be notified once the SIM is activated.


                  2. AIS 140 Activation

               a.  AIS 140 Activation will have to be initiated with the help of Dealer for generation of certificates
                    required during registration of vehicle.
               b.  AIS 140 activation is not mandatory for all vehicles, it is required for select category of vehicles only.
                    If in doubt, you can check with your dealer if AIS 140 activation is required for your vehicle(s).
               c.  Dealer team will help you on activating AIS 140.


                  3. Telematics Portal/ App On-boarding

               a.  After activation of SIM, you can login into Tata Telematics Portal & App.
               b.  You  can  sign-up  into  Portal/  App  during  first  time  login  through  your  PAN  Number  and  Mobile
                    Number, and create your login credentials.
               c.  During repeat logins, you can login through your email id and password created during your first-time
                    login (sign-up).
               d.  All the vehicles, for which the KYC was done using your Mobile Number, and are mapped to your PAN
                    Card, will reflect in Portal/ App in active state.
               e.  You can refer Dashboard page in Portal/App to get summarized view of your fleet, and monitor
                    visibility & performance.
               f.   User guide for Telematics Portal is available under ‘Help and Support’ section of the Portal.
