(b) The aggregate turnover declared above does not attract the provisions of Registration under CGST Act
under Section 22, 24, and 27 including the provisos thereto, of CGST Act 2017;

under CGST Act 2017, as aggregate turnover is below the threshold limit as prescribed under Section 22
of the Act or I/ We are not falling any category of person as mentioned in the Section 24 of the Act, thus

(d) It is declared that, I/we are exclusively engaged in making supplies of taxable goods or services or both,
the total tax on which is liable to be paid on reverse charge basis by the recipient of such goods or service
or both under Section 9(3) of CGST Act, 2017 and thus I/we are exempted from obtaining registration
under the aforesaid Act.
