PROCESS FOR AVAILING ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FOR YOUR VEHICLES
a. Customer can connect with their nearest Tata Motors CV Dealership to purchase AMC (applicable
during and after purchase of vehicle).
b. Dealerships will help the customer with the package/scheme related details.
c. Customer to provide all the required document (*Please find the list of the documents at the end).
d. Customer to do the payment along with the doc submission. Payments are of two types: Upfront
(complete payment) or Quarterly/Monthly/Yearly basis.
e. AMC purchase details will be shared to the customer within 3 days in ideal case by the dealership
(*Delay happens because of the payment or document issue).
f. Terms and csonditions on purchase of AMC will be provided on the spot to the customer.
g. Customer receives welcome call from CBSL on next month of their purchase of AMC.

2 ID Proof (In case of PAN Card Driving License Voter's ID
individual) UID (Aadhaar Card) Passport
3 ID Proof (In case of Statutory document of Company/Firm
Proprietorship/Partnership) PAN Card of Proprietor/Partner (with Co. Stamp)
4 ID Proof (In case of Pvt. Ltd./ PAN Card of Company
Ltd. Company)
5 ID Proof (In case of Educational Authorization Letter for Contact Person
Institution)
6 TDS Deduction (If applicable) PAN Card TAN Card
7 GST Details (Mandatory)* GSTIN Certificate GSTIN Proof Copy
*In case of B2B transaction, if customer code is already created and customers GSTIN is updated in
customer master and GDC team is having copy of customer’s GST certificate, there is no need of this
certificate for each transaction. In case of B2C transaction, customer to provide GST document.
