known mass that exists today and which includes all the
basic elements which make up all known things, living and
otherwise.
So energy is everywhere, and is pretty much everything. It
just naturally follows that we human beings are another
form of energy. We evolved from the very basic elements
formed during the Big Bang. We are literally children of
the stars, which is a beautiful calming fact when I think
about it. In fact, I get the feeling that we humans are
multiple forms of energy. Let me explain. Certainly there is
the mass that makes up our bodies, and that is a form of
energy for sure. But what about the soul? We will discuss
the soul in detail later on, but for now let's just say that
every person I have ever met or heard about seems to have
something special and unique that far exceeds just the
physical body. Love, personality, sense of being, inherent
vitality, and so much of what we are as humans, it is all
intangible and resides in the human soul. It simply must be
another form of energy. It is so vital and real that it cannot
be anything else.
One of the first things you learn in Physics is the concept of
the Conservation of Energy. This means that all universal
energy is finite, and while it may change form, it does not
dissipate. So when we pass away, our body mass changes
to other forms which we can observe, but what happens to
the energy of the soul? Well by definition, if it is energy it
cannot dissipate, so what does it turn into? The only sane
explanation is that it somehow manifests and remains in the
universe. What a reassuring thought!
So what I am thinking is that this manifestation of soul-
energy carries with it the differences spiritual growth has
made during a human lifetime, making that energy, for lack
