Parts of a business letter


                      The essential parts of the business letter


                         1.  Heading: the heading a business letter usually contains the
                             name  and  postal  address  of  a  business,  telephone  number,
                             Tate mark or logo of a business.
                         2.  Date:  is  a  normal  written  on  the  right-hand  size  of  the
                             sheet, it contains the date month, year.
                         3.  Reference:  it´s indicate letter number and the department
                             from where the letter is being send.
                         4.  Inside address: this include the name and full address of
                             the person of the firm to bio the letter is to be send
                         5.  Subject: it is statement in brief that indicates the matter
                             of the letter.
                         6.  Salutation: this is placed below the inside address example:
                             Dear Mr. Thompson
                         7.  Body of the letter: this comes after salutation it is divided
                             in to three parts.

                         A.- opening paragraph
                         it´s the introducing part of the letter

                         B.- Main paragraph

                         It usually contains the subject, matter of the letter
                         C.- Concluding part

                         It  contains  a  statement  of  sender’s  intention  hope  or
                         expectations concern next step to be taking
                         8.  Complementary  closing:  it  is  merely  cruelty  a  polite  the
                             ending a letter example: sincerely
                         9.  Signature:  it  is  written  INC  immediately  below  the
                             complementary closing
                         10.    Enclosures:  it  is  used  to  attach  documents  live check,
                             price list, peopled, etc.
                         11.    Copied  circulation:  require  when  copies  of  the  letters
                             are also sent.
                         12.    Past descriptive: this is required when the written wonts
                             to add something it isn´t including in the body of the letter
