c) Anthocerotophyta (Lumut Tanduk)

Lumut tanduk memiliki gametofit mirip dengan

gametofit lumut hati. Sporofit lumut hati mempunyai kapsul

memanjang yang tumbuh seperti tanduk dari gametofit.

Masing-masing mempunyai kloroplas tunggal yang berukuran

besar. Ciri unik dari lumut tanduk adalah sporofit akan terus

tumbuh selama fase gametofit

Contoh spesies lumut tanduk antara lain Anthoceros

natans,Anthoceros fusiformis. Pada spesies Anthoceros

natans, arkegoniofor dan anteridium melekat pada talus

gametofit. Lumut tanduk berhabitat di tepi sungai, daun,

atau disepanjang selokan.
