5.8.17 Summary of Tender
For contracts based on drawings and specifications, there is no list of quantities
involved. Therefore, a summary of tenders is required for the tenderer to enter a price
based on the element of work involved.
Unlike Bills of Quantities, it has no codes or standards in preparation.The price
for the tender will be obtained through the tender summary which will be included in the
tender form. Because it is an 'ad-hoc' form, it can be difficult to deal with post-conflict
situations; as well as the tender assessment stage
5.8.18 Drawings
It can describe any work necessary to finalize such as in the drawings.Drawings and
specification are item used to provide information to contractors. If there is which matter
inaudible in drawings then reference should made to determination. There are two types
of drawings for building works:
Architectural Drawings
Civil & Structural Drawings
5.8.19 Tenderer Information Form (Appendices)
A form which required contractors to fill some information about :

List of past projects
List of Current project
List of Technical Staff
List of Machinery and plant
Credit facilities
Bank statement
