6.18.3 Contractor’s All Risks-Car
Contractors all risk insurance is an alternative to work and public liability insurance.This
insurance combines both insurance without reducing coverage needed for a construction

project. Such insurance in the name of both the client and contractor.
Insurance is the choice for many contractors for the construction work, including
the work of buildings, roads, bridges and other. One of the reasons is to make it easier

to administer because only one insurance policy is taken but includes two required
protections.Usually the premiums charged are lower than taking the two insurances

together.

6.18.4 Workmen's Compensation Insurance
Workmen’s compensation insurance guarantee provided by a third party as a protection
to the client and the contractor in the event of an accident at the construction site that

resulted kecedraan / death to employees and contractor employees nominated sub-
contractor is not covered by SOCSO.
