 Damage to property of contractors

 Injury, death or damage resulting from vibration or failure / weakness
temporary structure
 Any liability arising from food poisoning, dirt from sewage, fire or explosion,

environmental pollution and the like.

Period of coverage are :
 According to the contract for PWD 203 clause 33 public liabilities insurance

covering the entire period of construction and defects liability period and
added 14 days and 3 month.
 Additional 14 days for the SO provides a schedule of defects and 3 months

to repair the defect
 If the extended construction period, the insurance period should be

extended in accordance with an additional time period.
