Visitors/Guests In The Building

The following policies apply to visitors/guests in the building:
 All guests must present a valid picture I.D. prior to entering the building.
 Upon entering the building, guests must register with the main office
staff.
 Students are not allowed to bring guests with them for the school day,
including infants and small children.
 Food deliveries impede the daily work of our office staff. Please refrain
from food deliveries during the school day.

Withdrawal Procedure

Please notify the Counseling Department a minimum of two weeks prior to your
last expected day of attendance – Karen Gosé (goseka@staffordschools.net) or
Heather Ludwick (ludwickhk@staffordschools.net).

Yearbooks

Yearbooks will be sold for $65 until Spring Break. Yearbook package B will be on
sale for $75.00 until January 1st. This package includes a name plate and a
World Yearbook. Yearbooks can be ordered online by clicking the “Like
Yearbook” banner on the front page of the school fusion website. You can also
pay using the online school payment system or by bringing a check or cash to
Mrs. Cahill in room 104.

Senior portraits from outside photographers must be submitted by October 1,
2018. Senior ads should be submitted by December 1, 2018. Please contact Mrs.
Cahill for more information.
