It seems to me that I cannot dispose of it better
than by giving it to your Congregation' This idea
struck i"i ut t[" moment I received the money, and
not knowing the donor I am unable to obtain other
          instructions.
I begged St. Joseph to give m€ other ideas if my
present one were not fitting. I adhereto my-original
idea, and you can draw on me by check for 1,500
florins. There may be more, as I have made only-a
hurried inspection of the sum. It consists of gold
pieces and is, therefore, convenient to carry'
Would it be better if you came yourself to fetch
it and thus avoid risks? The sooner you come, the
          better.
Salute all the Brothers, Tomballe and Van den
          Boorn.
