The ‘Feel Good Chemical’ Tap
These ‘Feel Good’ chemicals aren’t released all the time.
They each have a special job.
When the job is finished, they turn off. Just like a tap.
When our needs aren’t met, we
(subconsciously) search to turn
these chemicals back on and get the
good feeling back.
People with good Control Centre Skills manage this feeling and
stay on track. People without such good skills may (subconsciously)
find less helpful ways to get these ‘Feel Good’ Chemicals back.
