Unhelpful ways to meet needs
Unfortunately, when people are subconsciously driven to meet their needs
and release ‘feel good chemicals’, the way that keeps working for them

The feeling of success – theft. The ‘high’ – risky behaviours.
The feeling of importance –
aggression. The feeling of connection – bullying.
