Show Rules
The following Rules apply to all shows. Read them carefully and provide copies to all
personnel involved with THE HOME SHOW®. Failure to abide by these Rules will
result in forfeiture of your right to exhibit.
EXHIBITORS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO ENTER THE HALL, OR SET-UP WILL
NOT BE PERMITTED.
DISPLAYS:
Electric and Rental: If electric or rental equipment is ordered after Monday, the week of the
show, an additional service charge will apply. Thereafter, there is no assurance of
availability.
Only 110V electrical service is available at designated locations. Special electrical service
by quote only, a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the show. Exhibitors must provide
their own twenty-five foot (25') 3-wire, grounded electrical cords and power strip.
Maximum exhibit height is eight feet (8'). Display materials may not be propped against, or
attached to columns or walls. All signs should have easels, or be attached to displays or
tables, or hung from the back pipe; heavy signs on easels only.
Construction of displays (sawing, drilling, spray painting, etc.) is not permitted in the Hall.
Brick pavers, rock, sand, gravel, dirt and other abrasive materials must have a
protective floor covering beneath the material. You are responsible for any damage.
All tables must be skirted with a non-flammable skirt and top.
Chemicals, helium balloons, fires, loud noises, sirens and alarms are not permitted.
VEHICLES:
Vehicles are not permitted in the Hall, unless used as part of an exhibit. These Exhibitors
must also notify our office in advance of the show.
Exhibit vehicles must have near empty tanks (i.e., less than 2 gallons of gas).
Keys for vehicles displayed in the show must be delivered to Show Management.
Protective floor coverings are required for exhibit vehicles and trailers: carpet under
tires (hitches) and visqueen plastic under the entire vehicle.
EXHIBIT STAFF:
Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the Hall.
Staff are not allowed to "hawk" customers or walk aisles distributing literature. Meaning: Be
respectful of your fellow exhibitors by not disturbing attendees in front of their booth. Please stay
within in your booth space for all promotions.
Distribution of literature outside of the building or on vehicles is not permitted.
