                Reasons for
                comment:
Comments: We fully accept that Wealdon House needs to be
redeveloped, however we object to this proposal for the
                                 following reasons:
                                 1. The A22 is already severely congested and there is
insufficient road space for queues of cars to turn into
Wealdon House without risking significant accidents and
                                 long delays.
                                 2. We question whether there is sufficient parking for an
out of town development of this size. Lack of parking
will result in people parking on the A22 which will be
dangerous and add to the congestion.
                                 3. The development is simply too large and too dense
with relatively little outside space. It does not reflect
the character of the neighbourhood or an area of
                                 outstanding natural beauty.

                                 Thank you
                                 Vanessa Edmonds
