Comments: We sent you our objection and reasons 2 April 2019, and
they still apply.
We note that you have since added a lot of other
documents to the MSDC website details about this
planning application.
One of these was from the LHA (Local Highways
Authority) and you indicate it was received on 22/05/19.
The section headed 'Trip Generation and Capacity'
claims, to our utter astonishment, that there will be a
decrease in two-way vehicular traffic figures for the site.
It states that this is "based upon sites considered to be
comparable in terms of planning use class and location
to that proposed" and "provides a realistic indication of
likely trip generation from the new dwellings
in comparison with the existing use."
We wonder what sites were considered and by whom? To
us the results seem contrary to all common sense.
