               7.5   Internal Traffic Flows
               The single 5-metre-wide exit from and exit to the WH is dangerously inadequate. It is
               connected to 5 main junctions of internal tributary (or feeder) roads as shown in Figure 13.

               The potential flow starts from two points – A and B - for blocks 70 to 71 and 37 to 45.
               Traffic from these 28 spaces would merge at junction 1 and move on to junction 2 where
               they would be joined by traffic from a further 81 spaces. Traffic from 109 spaces would be
               joined by a further 33 at junction 3 and 16 at junction 4. Thus, traffic from 158 spaces
               (representing 120 flats) could potentially congregate at the entrance, as follows;
