Pharmacy
The pharmacy coverage offered by The Carlstar Group is designed to bring you and your covered dependents
the below pharmacy services provided by Express Scripts. You and your dependents are automatically enrolled
in this coverage when you elect The Carlstar Group medical plan.
X Convenient home delivery services through the Express Scripts Pharmacy SM
Y For most maintenance medications (medications taken to treat an ongoing condition such as high blood
pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes), you’ll be able to get a 90-day supply sent directly to you
X A large network of participating retail pharmacies; Express Scripts has a network of nearly 60,000
independent and chain pharmacies nationwide
Your Cost
The cost of pharmacy is included in your normal medical deductions. There is no extra cost for this service.
