Company-Offered Medical Plan
The Carlstar Group is committed to providing a comprehensive medical plan designed to help protect
you and your eligible family members against inancial loss by paying for a substantial portion of eligible
expenses incurred for medically necessary care and treatment.
In 2018, The Carlstar Group will continue to offer the HSA Silver Plan, which is a consumer driven health plan
with high deductibles. The Carlstar Group funds a portion of the deductible.

assist in funding your HSA account which helps to Your cost for medical coverage is deducted
