Cigna Telehealth Connection, One Guide and
Estimator Tools
The Cigna Telehealth connection allows you to get the care you need–
including most prescriptions—for a wide range of minor conditions by
connections with a licensed physician online or over the phone. You pay a
copayment of $42, which applies toward your deductible.
The Cigna One Guide provides additional telephonic personalized
support designed to make it easy to get the most our of your healthcare
beneits, available via phone by calling the member services number on
your ID card or on the mycigna.com app.
Cigna provides a cost estimator tool available by logging into your
mycigna.com account. This tool provides access to cost and quality
information allowing you to compare the cost of services from one
provider to another; which allows you to control your healthcare
spending.
Prescription Plan Highlights
Generic preventive medications included on the 2018 Preventive Drug
list are covered at 100%. Non-preventive and non-generic preventive
medications are subject to the copays as shown on the next page. Once
your out-of-pocket maximum has been met, you will be covered at
100% for all covered medications for the remainder of the calendar year.
Generic drugs are mandatory when available. If you choose to take a
brand name drug when a generic drug is available, you will be charged the
difference in cost between the two.
