cost among our competitors . tobacco surcharge will be included . You will
be considered a tobacco user if you have used
tobacco in any form at any point during the
Vision—Superior Vision last six months . To help ease this transition
for team members who wish to stop using
Vision Plan Per Pay Period tobacco, Adreima will offer a smoking cessation
Team member only $3 .71 program for 2016 . Upon completion of this
program, team members will earn back the
