Additional Voluntary Products
Aflac
Adreima will continue to offer the option for you to purchase
voluntary products through Alac. In addition to the existing Accident
Insurance and Critical Illness Coverage, you will now have a third
option, a Hospital Indemnity Plan. This plan will pay cash beneits
for certain inpatient hospital related services.
United Pet Care
Adreima offers the pet healthcare program of United Pet Care. You
may enroll between the 1st and the 20th of any month, and your
membership will be effective the 1st of the following month. Rates
are paid through convenient payroll deduction.
20 percent to 50 percent savings on veterinary care with no
deductibles
No claim forms
No limit on visits
No prior authorization required
No pre-existing condition exclusions or age limitations
