Life and AD&D Insurance

Basic Life and Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Adreima will continue to provide, at no cost to you, basic life
with Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance (AD&D)
administered through Sunlife Financial. This coverage offers inancial
protection to you if you suffer certain debilitating injuries or to your
beneiciaries if you die. Your coverage amount is equal to your annual
base salary, up to a maximum of $300,000. Your life insurance beneit
also includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment beneits. If you
should die in an accident, the plan will pay an increased beneit.
