Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Although ASARCO’s plans covers most of your health care needs,
you may have to pay for some medical, dental, and vision expenses

out of your own pocket during the year. You can use the FSA to pay
for some of those expenses. You can contribute a minimum of $240
to a maximum of $2,500 per year. Once you have expenses, you can
submit for reimbursement directly from ADP using the form found in
Employee Self Service.


Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

You can enroll in the Dependent Care Spending Account to pay for
day care of:

X Your dependent children under the age of 13, and

X Dependents of any age who are incapable of self care and are
claimed as dependents on your income tax return

You can elect a minimum of $480 and a maximum of $5,000 per year
($2,500 if married iling separately). Once you have expenses, you can

submit for reimbursement directly from ADP using the form found in
Employee Self Service.
