Eligible Employees
You may enroll in the beneits program if you are a regular full-time
employee who is actively working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Eligible Dependents
Eligible dependents generally include your legally married spouse
and children up to age 26. Children may include natural, adopted,
step-children, or children obtained through court-appointed legal
guardianship. Please note age limitations on dependent eligibility may
vary by beneit. Review all beneits described in this guide for more
details.
Enrollment Instructions
X Visit the ADP Workforce Now Employee Self-Service site at
https://workforcenow.adp.com
X If you have not already registered, you can do so my visiting
https:/workforcenow.adp.com and following the below
instructions.
Z Click Create Account
Z Select Find Me
Z Enter an email address or mobile number that you have shared
with NextCare
Z Verify your record within the organization by entering your SSN
or Date of birth
Z Enter the veriication code sent to your email address or mobile
number
X Myself/beneits/enrollments/enrollment proile button to begin
