NEXTCARE EMPLOYEE VISIT
PROGRAM
Nextcare Employee Visit Program
NextCare ofers medical services to employees, their spouse, and
children under age 26. Employees and their eligible family members
are eligible for services while the employee is actively employed with
NextCare.
NextCare Offers Employees and Their Eligible Family
Members the Following Medical Services Free of
Charge
X An annual inluenza vaccination during the period that NextCare
provides lu vaccination for patients
X Administering employees with a tetanus vaccination, when
applicable
X An annual physical exam for required exams, e.g., school (preschool
to college) physical, sports physical, camp physical, scout physical.
Note: does not include DOT and employment exams
X COVID-19 Viral Testing*
* COVID Testing for employees will be covered free of charge. Employees’ eligible family
members will be subject to your insurance.
