Parental Leave
In addiion to disability beneits that you may receive, Dentsu Aegis
Network will be providing you with addiional paid ime of based upon
years of service. In addiion we will be expanding our eligibility deiniion
to included Primary and Secondary Caregivers.

Paricipaion in this program varies by brand. At the ime you are
preparing for your leave of absence, your eligibility for this program will be
discussed and conirmed.

In addiion to the enhanced parental leave, we will now extend Family
Medical Leave (FML) coverage to include domesic partners.


Slow Re-Entry

In addiion, we will be ofering a Slow Re-Entry program that provides the
employee with lexibility on return to work date/schedule to ease back in
to full ime employment during their irst four weeks back at work.
