Enrollment Details
Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to relect on your
physical, inancial, and emotional needs and determine where
our beneits program can support you. You can use this time
to make decisions like adding new coverage or changing your
existing elections. Open enrollment starts November 2 and ends
November 13, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. We cannot accept
elections or changes received after this time.
Enrollment can be completed entirely online through the Oracle
system at ebs.pericient.com. Any changes you elect during
enrollment will become effective January 1, 2016.
Regardless of your elections, as a Pericient employee you’ll
automatically receive our company paid life insurance and company
paid short term and long term disability coverage. Our program
offers you lexibility. You can elect the speciic beneits you need in
addition to our company paid programs. Even if you decline medical
coverage, you can elect standalone dental, vision, critical illness, and
accident insurance. You can even enroll in the lex spending accounts
regardless of any other coverage elections.
For those participating in the lexible
spending accounts and health savings
accounts, new elections are required
annually; even if you are electing
the same amount you must make an
election for the Healthcare FSA (HCFSA),
Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA), and Health
Savings Account (HSA).
